We also select suppliers and contractors only who share this commitment.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Our policy<\/h2>\n<p>Our policy on slavery and human trafficking, along with how we choose our suppliers and contractors, show our dedication to having effective systems and controls. This ensures that slavery and human trafficking are not present in our supply chains.<\/p>\n<h2>Risk areas and actions taken<\/h2>\n<p>As a professional services business, we haven&#8217;t found significant risks of slavery and human trafficking in our operations. We regularly check our suppliers and contractors to ensure they have proper policies in place. We mainly work with companies where the risk of slavery and human trafficking is low. Our assessment has shown that our risk is low.<\/p>\n<p>We ensure all our suppliers and contractors pay\u00a0 minimum wage under applicable law. We get written confirmation from them that they follow applicable laws about modern slavery and human trafficking.<\/p>\n<h2>Accountability<\/h2>\n<p>Everyone on our team, including temporary workers and consultants, must follow our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy. We emphasise the importance of this policy and encourage everyone to comply with our values. If there are any policy violations, we investigate and take appropriate action, which could include ending employment or contracts.<\/p>\n<h2>Training<\/h2>\n<p>To ensure our team understands the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, we train them.
