The POPIA complaint process: if your personal information has been compromised<\/h2>\n

Step 1: put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard)<\/h3>\n

The law is clear: all complaints to the regulator must be submitted in writing<\/strong>. This ensures there\u2019s a record of your concern. If, for some reason, writing isn\u2019t an option for you, don\u2019t worry\u2014the regulator is required to offer reasonable assistance.<\/p>\n
