With the release of <a href=\"https:\/\/itlawco.com\/fr\/joint-standard-2-of-2024-what-south-african-financial-institutions-need-to-know-and-do\/\">Joint Standard 2 of 2024<\/a>, CISOs are now at the forefront of shaping how institutions prepare for, respond to, and recover from ICT disruptions and cyber incidents.<\/p>\n<p>This closed-door virtual roundtable brings together CISOs from Africa\u2019s leading financial institutions for an off-the-record, Chatham House Rule discussion focused on the practical implementation of Joint Standard 2. No panels. No presentations. No AI. Just real-time intelligence sharing among peers facing similar challenges.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll explore:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpreting key implementation obligations in a way that aligns with your current frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Where the standard goes beyond existing expectations\u2014and how to prioritise<\/li>\n<li>How others are managing board reporting, resourcing, and inter-departmental collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Lessons from global operational resilience standards\u2014and what not to do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seats are limited to 10 CISOs to ensure candour and clarity. Once capacity is reached, we will not be able to accommodate additional participants.
